ROLE
As Engineering Manager, you'll be part of the site's leadership team, owning the engineering strategy and leading the capital works program. You'll guide a capable team in delivering critical shutdowns, maintaining engineering standards, and driving innovation and best practice across the plant.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and execute capital projects aligned with strategic goals
- Provide engineering leadership across mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical scopes
- Manage and optimise shutdown planning and execution
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering performance and asset lifecycle value
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Proven leadership experience in heavy industry or large-scale manufacturing
- Strong capital project delivery and asset management background
- Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and engineering governance
- Experience managing large budgets and complex shutdowns
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 10+ years' experience
