ROLE

As Engineering Manager, you'll be part of the site's leadership team, owning the engineering strategy and leading the capital works program. You'll guide a capable team in delivering critical shutdowns, maintaining engineering standards, and driving innovation and best practice across the plant.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and execute capital projects aligned with strategic goals
  • Provide engineering leadership across mechanical, civil, structural, and electrical scopes
  • Manage and optimise shutdown planning and execution
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team
  • Drive continuous improvement in engineering performance and asset lifecycle value

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven leadership experience in heavy industry or large-scale manufacturing
  • Strong capital project delivery and asset management background
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and engineering governance
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex shutdowns
  • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) with 10+ years' experience
