About the Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll be responsible for:
Providing exceptional customer service in our gaming room
Excellent skills as a barista and food handling experience
Handling cash and operating gaming machines with accuracy and efficiency
Ensuring compliance with all gaming regulations and venue policies
Creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere for our guests
Assisting with general venue operations as required
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in gaming, hospitality, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) & RSG (Responsible Service of Gaming) certificates (or willingness to obtain)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Availability for a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
