Resthaven is looking for a Program Assistant Team Lead. Located at Western Community Services , this is a full-time fixed term position for a 6 month period.
The individual needs of clients, their families and their carers are complex, and your scheduling and rostering talents will find a more meaningful home with us.

Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to accurately record, manage, and oversee data.
- Empathy and understanding of older people and their family members/carers
- Ability manage a number of tasks and prioritise those tasks
- Respect for client confidentiality and professional standards
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively as a member of a team
- Motivated to provide high quality service to clients
