If you desire some VARIETY , scope to also practice in any one of: 1) medical negligence OR 2) public liability (if you have such exp)
You will be liaising with clients/doctors/solicitors/insurers, preparing letters/court documents, submissions+ briefs to counsel, undertaking legal research, reviewing medical evidence, time recording/billing and attending settlement conferences/mediations and court hearings.

We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- an admitted lawyer in VIC;
- have MINIMUM 4 years experience (or MORE up to special counsel)in personal injury law including specifically in historical/institutional abuse claims (essential);
- have had carriage of/ managed abuse cases from start to finish;
- have proven ability to work in a busy fast-paced deadline driven environment;
- are ambitious+ results-driven with a high work ethic ;
- have outstanding communication, time prioritisation+ people skills;
