A Leading Healthcare Group is currently looking for a dedicated professional Credit Officer / Collections Officer to join their team. This role involves a mix of responsibilities, including handling inbound customer service queries, managing emails and responses, making outbound collection calls, and handling invoicing tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess empathy and strong query resolution skills. Working in a supportive and expanding team environment, the role offers a diverse range of tasks involving both calls and emails. The position is based in South Brisbane, conveniently located near public transport. After training, there is a hybrid work arrangement, with two days working from home and three days in the office from Monday to Friday during office hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling inbound customer queries
- Ensuring accurate maintenance and updating of all records
- Handling and resolving inbound phone and email queries
- Conducting outbound collection calls
- Invoicing
About You:
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude
- Previous experience in Collections, AR, or Credit Control is desirable
- Possess a professional telephone demeanor and exceptional communication skills
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to cultivate strong client relationships
- Comfortable working autonomously as well as part of a team
