We’re looking for a fearless, strategic, and creatively wired leader to drive Knobby’s next wave of global growth.

As our CGO, you’ll lead Knobby’s Marketing and Product teams and build the demand engine that fuels our future. You’ll unify creative and commercial thinking to strengthen our brand, drive LTV, and bring campaigns and product ideas to life that people actually care about.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Developing and executing Knobby’s growth strategy across brand, product, marketing, and community.
- Leading the Marketing and Product teams, building a culture of creativity, speed, and commercial impact.
- Driving customer acquisition, retention, and LTV through bold campaigns and high-impact brand work.
- Launching new markets and products with a clear go-to-market strategy.
- Partnering closely with our CRO to align brand demand and revenue growth.
- Owning Knobby’s creative voice and ensuring we’re consistently seen as bold, edgy, and category-defining.
Who You Are:
- A strategic commercial leader with deep brand and growth experience in eComm, DTC, or consumer retail.
- Equal parts strategic and creative, with a bias for bold ideas and fast execution.
- Obsessed with the customer. Driven by outcomes. Unafraid to push boundaries.
- Proven at scaling teams and building demand engines that drive long-term growth.
