GroWsmart offers best education & migration consulting in Blacktown NSW guiding students on course selection and providing visa assistance. For the past 7 years, we have successfully assisted many international applicants through a partnership with an educational consultancy. Our expertise includes education counselling, visa assistance, and migration services.

GroWsmart seeks applications from qualified Office Managers for a full-time role based in Sydney NSW. Salary ranges from $75K to $85K plus superannuation. You must hold a Diploma in management / business / administration, or equivalent experience in the field. At least 1 year of experience is desirable. You should possess excellent organisational skills, and communication and interpersonal abilities, and have proficiency in office management software.

Main Tasks:
• Lead and coordinate daily operations to ensure efficiency and foster a collaborative, high-performing work environment.
• Supervise office facilities, including space management, maintenance, and coordination of essential services and repairs.
• Develop, implement, and uphold office policies, administrative systems, and procedures to support organisational effectiveness.
• Manage the procurement, inventory, and maintenance of office supplies and equipment to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide comprehensive support to senior leadership, including scheduling exec meetings, managing regulatory correspondence, and client engagement.
• Oversee office records & databases for accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Compile and deliver regular reports and updates on office activities, performance metrics, and key developments to management.
• Administer the organisation's communication tools, such as email systems, phone lines, and the company website.
• Onboarding new staff, conduct inductions, and address HR-related inquiries.
• Organise training sessions, team-building activities, office events, and meetings to encourage staff development and strengthen team dynamics.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records in line with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Monitor office budgets and collaborate with Accounts for financial processing.
• Manage procurement processes, including issuing purchase orders and maintaining strong vendor partnerships for cost-effective sourcing.
• Deliver exceptional client service by managing inquiries, assisting visitors, and creating a professional and welcoming office environment.
• Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture, proactively addressing employee concerns and promoting overall satisfaction.
