We are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our candidate pool servicing the Western Suburbs of Victoria.
About the Role
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing person-centered care and support tailored to the individual needs of our clients. This includes assistance with daily activities, personal care, community access, and skill development to promote independence and enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality support and assistance to ageing individuals or individuals with disabilities.

Assist with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal care, and mobility support.

Encourage social interaction and community participation.

Implement individualized support plans in line with client goals.

Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the broader support team.
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous experience in disability support, healthcare, or a related field is advantageous.

Qualifications: Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability) or Certificate IV in Disability.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to individual needs.

Clearances: Current First Aid and CPR certification, National Police Check, Working with Children Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.
