Key Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support to operational teams and worksite technicians

Coordinate documentation, scheduling, and site inductions

Manage shared inboxes and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Maintain accurate records and support document control processes

Perform data entry and assist with reporting as required

Liaise with multiple teams to ensure smooth coordination of works

Assist in tracking project milestones, staff movements, and site requirements
Requirements:

Previous experience in an administrative role within a technical, facilities, or trade-based industry preferred

Strong computer literacy and confidence in learning new systems quickly

High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Competent in Microsoft Outlook and managing shared mailboxes

Friendly, professional nature with the ability to work confidently with various stakeholders
