We are partnering with a fast-growing, well-established retail brand to find a dynamic Infrastructure & Support Engineer who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and creating seamless user experiences.In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for supporting employees across the business ensuring they have secure, reliable access to the systems and tools they need. You’ll tackle day-to-day technical issues, maintain the core infrastructure, and work alongside a supportive and innovative IT team.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide 1st and 2nd level support across on-premises and cloud environments;
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for user accounts and IT equipment;
- Deliver IT training and support to end users, ensuring high service standards;
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 in a hybrid environment;
- Assist in designing and implementing scalable IT infrastructure solutions;
- Monitor, maintain, and secure server and network infrastructure;
- Automate tasks using PowerShell to drive greater efficiency;
- Ensure robust data protection through backups, secure storage, and disaster recovery planning;
- Support and maintain VMware environments and network infrastructure; and
- Perform routine system maintenance to optimise performance and security.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 5+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or similar roles;
- Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange);
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and VMware;
- Good understanding of cybersecurity principles, including firewalls and intrusion prevention;
- Skilled in scripting and automation, particularly with PowerShell;
- Experience managing M365 environments and implementing SSO integrations;
- Solid troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Veeam backup solutions;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams; and
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
