About the Role
The Web Developer role at IntoWork is responsible for the development, maintenance, and optimisation of IntoWork websites, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience across multiple platforms. This role involves collaboration with marketing, design, and IT teams to enhance website traffic, resolve technical issues, and implement upgrades.
As a full stack Web Developer, you will design and develop scalable, future-proof web applications, focusing on both front-end and back-end architecture. Your expertise in UX/UI, cross-platform optimisation, and cloud infrastructure will support the organisation's digital strategy and product goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and optimise front-end and back-end web applications.
  • Ensure website stability, security, and performance across devices.
  • Design and implement UX/UI solutions to enhance user engagement.
  • Manage databases, servers, and cloud-based infrastructure.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and IT teams to align digital solutions with business objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues efficiently.
  • Adhere to best practices in web development, security, and accessibility.


About you
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with the following background:

  • Minimum 4 years of front-end and full-stack web development experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, JavaScript (including libraries and frameworks), AJAX, and JSON.
  • Strong skills in TypeScript, React, Redux, and C#.
  • Experience with AWS or other cloud infrastructure solutions.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of version control, test-driven development, and SOLID principles.
  • Advanced experience in PHP and MySQL.
  • Ability to create responsive, pixel-perfect web designs from Adobe Photoshop/XD files.
  • Understanding of usability, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
