As the Strategic Growth Transformation Technology Adviser , you will be responsible for bringing leading digital thinking into the transformation program. You’ll bridge the gap between strategy and technology, helping shape how digital capability is designed, procured, and embedded across the future operating model.

Acting as a key connector between the Transformation and Technology teams, you will guide the integration of new digital capabilities and lead the strategic approach to uplift systems, data architecture, and tools. You’ll ensure that transformation initiatives are underpinned by fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to both SA Water’s strategic objectives and contemporary digital best practices.

You’re a big-picture thinker with a sharp understanding of how digital tools, data, and design can unlock business value. You’re known for your ability to engage across technical and business teams, simplify complex ideas, and influence key stakeholders. Whether you come from a transformation, data architecture, or digital strategy background, your experience sits at the intersection of technology and change.

• Tertiary qualifications in Business Intelligence, Data Management , or a related field
• Extensive experience driving digital transformation within complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of digital solution design, data architecture, and integration
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to guide teams through digital uplift
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate between tech and business
• A collaborative approach and confidence to work with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
