PSG is seeking a results-oriented and influential leader to join our senior leadership team as the GM/Head of Operations.

Reporting directly to the COO, this senior role is ideal for a strong leader who excels in motivating, guiding, and driving results from an operations team. You will play a key role in building successful relationships with clients, leading by example, and implementing strategies that foster high performance, operational excellence, and business growth.

The Company

Established in 2017, Premium Solutions has grown steadily to become a trusted integrated solutions partner for innovative organisations across strata and residential, government, retail, hospitality, events, and construction. We specialise in security and concierge services, but are capable of managing or executing a broad range of facility and venue services, including building management, consulting, cleaning, drone operations, personnel management, maintenance, etc.

Role Objective and Key Responsibilities

This pivotal role is responsible for ensuring that our service delivery is executed with the highest levels of operational performance and customer satisfaction, with the ultimate goals of:

Exceeding the expectations and standards of our stakeholders

Growth and development of the business and our personnel

Effectively lead and develop a high-performing management operations team

The ideal candidate possesses the following competencies:

Prospecting: Demonstrated ability to identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities.

Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, fostering trust and loyalty.

Negotiation: Proven experience in negotiating contracts and agreements that align with company objectives while meeting client needs.

Market Analysis: Ability to analyse market trends and dynamics to identify new business opportunities and verticals for expansion.

Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of market costs and values to ensure competitiveness when pitching and tendering for contracts.

Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our services.

Sales Strategy Development: Experience in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance market presence.

Performance Tracking: Ability to track sales performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly to achieve targets.

The Ideal Candidate

NSW Security License with at least 1AE / 2ABC subclasses.

Tertiary education in administration, business and/or operations management.

At least 5 years of experience in the security industry and in leading high performing corporate management teams.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to lead and operate in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Valid Driver’s License.
