As the Master Scheduler you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and executing tasks in the provision of planning and scheduling services to enable resource management, dependency management, monitoring and reporting the progress of the IWFM Program.
What you'll do
You will:
- Facilitate planning workshops to ensure proper planning is completed and interdependencies are identified.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the program's timelines are accurately captured and baselined.
- Evaluate program schedule progress and performance to identify problem areas and advise possible corrective actions to ensure on time delivery.
- Identify and implement planning and scheduling improvement initiatives.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
- Extensive experience using scheduling tools (prefer MS Project/Project Online) to enable resource management, dependency management, monitoring and reporting progress of multiple concurrent implementations.
- High level written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to provide high level advice and reporting of status, deliverable progress, risks, issues and constraints as required.
- Experience with facilitation of planning workshops to assess implementation timelines and interdependencies.
- Ability to establish and maintain stakeholder relationships and cross team collaboration to support planning and scheduling services, including the ability to influence key stakeholders across multiple teams.
- Keen analytical eye for detail and the ability to identify weaknesses in schedule design and setup, whilst ensuring best practice scheduling.
