As the Senior Advisor Organisational Development, you will lead the administration and implementation of the Working for Queensland survey and other engagement-related surveys for the department. This includes coordinating survey planning, execution, and reporting processes to ensure alignment with departmental objectives. You will provide strategic advice and support to senior leaders and stakeholders to maximise survey participation, interpret results, and develop actionable insights to enhance employee engagement and organisational performance.
What you'll do
- Apply contemporary and innovative methodologies to design, develop and deliver programs, projects, initiatives, and resources that address legislative and other requirements, and identified organisational needs and priorities.
- Analyse complex organisational issues and provide guidance and advice to internal clients through the analysis of data, context, and interpretation of legislation, directives, industrial instruments, Human Resource (HR) policies and guidelines.
- Be accountable for achieving organisational development and effectiveness project/program outcomes within set timeframes, quality, cost and scope tolerances.
- Conduct research, needs analysis, consultation and undertake data review and analysis to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development and effectiveness initiatives and identify further improvements or solutions.
- Develop and implement communications and engagement strategies, plans, and materials to influence and engage leaders from across the organisation, building trusting relationships.
About you
We are searching for someone with:
- Proven ability to design, develop, facilitate, review and evaluate the effectiveness of organisational development and/or human resource programs, online resources, solutions and initiatives.
- Strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation capabilities with the ability to understand, interpret and present information and data as it relates to organisational development.
- High level research, conceptual, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills and an ability to coordinate multiple tasks within agreed priorities, timeframes and accountabilities in a complex environment.
