As the Manager Stakeholder Engagement, you will be a member of the Program Leadership team to deliver the Statewide Preparation Project and will be responsible for leading delivery of Local Preparation Phases to complete prerequisites for each Hospital and Health Service.

What you'll do

  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships between Corporate Enterprise Solutions and its customers to ensure the successful delivery of ICT enabled business change in line with Queensland Health project management methodologies.
  • Provide leadership and assume responsibility for statewide engagement and delivery of Department and HHS Local Preparation phases operating within the scope and schedule of the IWFM Stage 4 Implementation Strategy.
  • Implement and manage appropriate IWFM Program governance, investment and project management which is aligned with the Department's PMO framework.
  • Develop project plans and apply appropriate project management techniques, methodologies and tools including and risk and issue management, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered.

About you

We are searching for someone who:

  • Demonstrated high level negotiation, consultation, and interpersonal skills to effectively develop and manage business and customer relationships to deliver project objectives.
  • Expertise in applying established project management methodologies and providing advice on the use of appropriate project management techniques and tools.
  • Well-developed leadership and team management skills, and experience in building and sustaining high profile multi-disciplinary project teams to achieve high quality project outcomes.
  • Ability to travel intra-state is a requirement of this role. This role will be required to travel to different HHSs during the implementations and require successful candidates to work and reside in the location of the implementation site for an assignment period as determined by the program implementation schedule.
