Description:
Our client is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and automation strategies.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and management of automated customer journeys using SFMC (Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- Write and maintain SQL queries for data segmentation and precise campaign targeting.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign process, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive automation improvements.
- Monitor performance, report insights, and optimize automation processes.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to industry regulations and internal policies.
- 5+ years in CRM and marketing automations, with expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Proficient in Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and SQL.
- Experience reviewing and approving campaigns for compliance and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot platform issues.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally across teams.
