JRM Hospitality Recruitment is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a vibrant, premium dining venue in Sydney's CBD.

You'll take the lead in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, working closely with a talented leadership team across multiple offerings within the venue. You'll bring energy, creativity, and a hands-on approach to help foster a culture of excellence and continuous growth.
About the role:
- Lead the restaurant's daily operations, ensuring seamless service and memorable guest experiences.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams on service delivery, menu initiatives, and guest engagement strategies.
- Support broader venue operations through administrative duties, rostering, and team development.
- Drive performance by managing costs, identifying revenue opportunities, and championing innovation.
- Maintain a calm, solutions-focused leadership style during busy periods, supporting both guests and staff.
- Oversee the venue's presentation and upkeep to the highest standards.
About you:
- Proven experience in a senior floor or management role within premium or high-volume dining venues.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, supportive approach.
- Solid food and beverage knowledge and an awareness of current hospitality trends.
- Understanding of industry compliance including WHS, RSA, and modern award frameworks.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, team development, and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
