The Change and Business Readiness team is responsible for supporting the delivery of organisational change management and business readiness across projects and other change initiatives in accordance with the ASIC Project Management and Change Management methodologies. There is an increasing focus on data sharing and analytics which will make ASIC a 'best in class' digital regulator supporting the Australian financial markets.
The role
- Prepare and coordinate change activities and communications within agreed timeframes
- Be responsible for hands-on delivery of change and communication deliverables associated with projects and other change initiatives
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support them with business change activities, including the completion of impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, and communications
- Monitor the change management and communication deliverables, ensuring all governance requirements are met, including planning, risk identification, and management
- Work closely with project and change managers to ensure coordination of change and communication activities throughout the full change lifecycle.
- Relevant tertiary or other qualifications in change management, communications, project management, or a related field. Change Management certification such as Prosci highly regarded
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills for investigating and resolving stakeholder, client, or systems problems
- Demonstrated business writing and verbal communication skills to present information to different target audiences across multiple channels
- Ability to work across a wide variety of tasks and processes and get up to speed quickly
- Understanding of change and project delivery principles, with the ability to deliver tasks within required timelines
- Can work independently as well as take direction and be a strong team player
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to meet deadlines while managing several competing priorities
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- Able to commit to our Hybrid Policy of working in the office 50% across a fortnight
- Baseline Security Clearance and federal government experience preferred.
