Description:
- Lead the development and management of budgets, forecasts, and monthly reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
- Deliver insightful financial analysis to support operational and strategic decisions.
- Act as a key liaison between teams and the broader finance function, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Provide financial guidance on business cases, funding proposals, and commercial partnerships.
- Champion continuous improvement across financial processes and systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience providing financial support in complex organisations.
- Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field
- CA or CPA qualification
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- High-level Excel capability and data analysis skills.
- Experience with funding and grant guidelines (desirable)
