About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves supporting customer enquiries related to credit cards, mortgages, and general banking via chat channel.

About you

We’re looking for individuals with:

  • Customer service experience (highly desirable)
  • A genuine interest in banking or financial services
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Strong typing skills
  • Work & Holiday or Student visa holders are welcome!

What you will do

Handle inbound customer enquiries via chat channel, assisting with a variety of banking inquiries related to:

  • Credit cards
  • Mortgage
  • General banking

Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

Training period (on-site)

  • 2 Weeks: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm

Roster rosters

  • Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm
  • Part-time roles available (part-timers must be available full-time during the first 2 weeks of training)

Important Information

  • During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training.
  • If work-from-home is offered, you’ll need a stable internet connection and a quiet, secure workspace to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Applicants must have Australian work rights and pass a full background screening, including police checks (mandatory).
