Combined RoleThis role combines learning support and administrative tasks to help students with diverse learning needs succeed. Working directly with the Diverse Learning Leader and as part of the Diverse Learning Team, the position includes both in-class support and key administrative duties.
By assisting teachers with tailored learning programs and managing administrative processes effectively, this role ensures students receive the support they need in a caring and inclusive environment.
School Officer (Learning Support) Level 3 16h 50m per week
Employment Type: Term Time, Part Time - Permanent (32h 55m per week)
Salary Range:$33.17 to $34.58 gross per hour plus 12.75% Super
Administration Officer (Diverse Learning) Level 4 16h 5m per week
Employment Type: Term Time, Part Time - Permanent (32h 55m per week)
Salary Range:$35.90 to $37.03 gross per hour plus 12.75% Super
Commencement Date: Monday, 12 May 2025 (or as negotiated)

About The Role
This dual role combines learning support and administrative responsibilities to optimise educational outcomes for students with diverse learning needs. Reporting directly to the Diverse Learning Leader and working collaboratively within the Diverse Learning Team, the role provides both in-class support and essential administrative assistance.
By supporting teachers in the delivery of tailored learning programs and ensuring the efficient operation of administrative processes within the Diverse Learning Department, this position plays a vital role in enabling students to access the support they need to thrive in an inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
