Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in HR transformations? We're supporting a large-scale HRIS program and are seeking multiple Project Managers to join the team across different workstreams and contract durations. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a complex, high-impact initiative from mobilisation through to execution.
About the ProgramThe program involves the go-to-market and MVP implementation of a new HR platform, with further phases planned to expand core HR capabilities (excluding payroll, which will follow in a separate project). You'll play a key role in delivering both business and technology outcomes-leading planning, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and change enablement.
Key Responsibilities Project / Program Delivery-
Lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS transformation projects, from mobilisation to execution

Manage vendors to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery

Drive cutover planning, go-live management, and post-implementation support

Monitor progress across project plans, schedules, scope, risks, and dependencies

Engage with data, testing, and technical leads to ensure integrated delivery

Provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, SMEs, and vendors

Lead change and transition activities to embed project outcomes in operational teams

Support adoption, ensuring business and IT are set up for success post-go-live

Align project execution to strategic goals and broader transformation outcomes

Deliver within agreed budgets and cost constraints

Ensure financial risks and variances are tracked and reported proactively

Promote disciplined delivery aligned with the organisation's project methodology

Foster a collaborative, high-performance project environment

Communicate and influence across all levels of the organisation

Champion a positive and inclusive team culture focused on ownership and outcomes
✔ Proven experience in delivering complex HRIS or HR transformation programs
✔ Strong project delivery expertise across Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
✔ Confident in vendor management and managing phased rollouts (MVP-first approach)
✔ Deep understanding of HR systems, business processes, and transformation strategy
✔ Strong stakeholder engagement, change leadership, and delivery reporting skills
✔ Strategic thinker with ability to translate goals into action
✔ Experience in managing go-to-market, role-based access planning, and post-go-live adoption
✔ Familiarity with governance, cost control, and enterprise project frameworks
✔ Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) highly regarded
