About the role:
Experience a rewarding career working in our Aged Care Assessment (ACA) team as a Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker.
ACA is based at the Centre for Older Persons Health, Shepparton and offers a structured local and National orientation program within a team focussed, supportive environment.
ACA provide comprehensive geriatric assessments across the Hume region and are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals with demonstrated assessment skills and sound clinical knowledge to work in this exciting area of aged care.
The successful applicant will be working with a dynamic, experienced multidisciplinary team and have well developed time management and problem solving skills, the ability to prioritise tasks and be able to work under minimal supervision.
Applicants should also possess excellent verbal & written communication & interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Advanced computer skills and knowledge is also required.
