About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity to work at Box Hill Institute as our Customer Care Administrator . This is a casual opportunity based at our Lilydale Campus. This position reports directly to the Team Leader Enrolments and Customer Service, and sits within the Student Recruitment area of the Student Experience portfolio.

What you'll do:

  • Provide administrative, operational, and customer service responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective delivery of student services across Box Hill Institute
  • Engage with students, staff, and external stakeholders to promote the Institute's programs, deliver high-quality support services, and ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Ensure efficient campus operations
  • Ensure Compliance and Policy Adherence

  • Experience in working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve team goals , including excellent organisational skills, flexibility during peak periods, and ability to adapt to changing priorities is essential
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships across various levels
  • Victorian Working with Children Check clearance
  • National Police Check clearance

Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant vocational or tertiary qualifications in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong skills in data management, financial system, and using student management systems (e.g., Student Once, ECR).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in preparing high quality, accurate correspondence and reports to stakeholders
  • Proficiency in all MS Office applications for a range of tasks including but not limited to, generating letters, reports and database management
