Description:
Based at our Kilsyth head office reporting to the Operations and Planning Department.
Key areas of responsibility include :

Manager the Afterhours Phone: organising call outs, staff absentees and coordinating replacement shifts

Bookings and allocations in Traffio
-
Assist in managing TC leave requests via Traffio
-
Ensure plans, permits, purchase order numbers, client numbers and all relevant information is entered into bookings

Ensure all traffic controllers have all relevant paperwork and are aware of any special requirements

Ensure bookings are resourced to meet client needs and are compliant with all required inductions and qualifications

Ensure to not allocate vehicles that are not compliant

Optimisation reporting

Docket approval

Assist the Planning Department with letter drops, bus and council notifications and permits

You will be expected to perform other job-related tasks requested by management and as required by the development of this role and of the business
