Are you passionate about helping young minds flourish? We're looking for a Speech Pathologist who is energized by making an impact in the early childhood space, enjoys collaborating with dedicated educators, and is ready to help shape the learning journey for children and families.
In this role, you’ll work across vibrant campus environments, delivering developmental screenings, consulting with educators and families, and providing practical, evidence-based strategies to support children's communication and development. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary health team that values knowledge-sharing, professional growth, and genuine partnership with families.
A typical week might include
- Conducting developmental screenings and observations with children.
- Collaborating with passionate educators to integrate supportive strategies into daily routines.
- Sharing advice with families to help navigate their child’s development with confidence.
- Creating clear, insightful reports and feedback for families and team members.
- Delivering educational sessions for staff and occasionally hosting family information sessions.
- Contributing your voice to the ongoing development of innovative child health programs.
- Holds a recognised degree in Speech Pathology and is eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
- Brings at least 2 years' experience in paediatric settings, ideally within early childhood early intervention frameworks.
- Thrives in multi-disciplinary teams and enjoys collaborating closely with families, educators, and health professionals.
- Has experience working with a diverse range of developmental needs including autism spectrum disorder, global developmental delays, and physical disabilities.
- Communicates sensitively, clearly, and effectively — both in writing and in conversation — across a wide variety of audiences.
