Due to exponential growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Head of Projects person to join our Secure Power Application Centre team.

As the Head of Projects for the Secure Power Application Centre (SPAC) , you’ll be at the forefront of managing a talented team of Project Managers to deliver top-notch solutions for our clients, specifically in critical power and cooling environments and the exciting Data Centre segment . Your role is crucial in ensuring projects run smoothly, stay on budget, and meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Project Managers to deliver a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's Customer Project Process.
  • Maintain and improve project margins while managing risks effectively.
  • Provide regular project reports and financial updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and high performance within your team.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven experience managing a team of Project Managers in a technical or engineering environment.
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to manage project budgets effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
  • Background in delivering complex projects, particularly in the data centre or technology sectors.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success in building positive working relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel).
  • Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
