The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Supervisor to manage luxury custom home projects on Brisbane’s Northside. This role will involve overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of custom home builds, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to approved drawings.
- Team Coordination: Allocate materials and trades, ensuring smooth operations on-site.
- Quality Control: Regularly inspect work to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering excellent service.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure construction is conducted in line with WH&S legislation and safety protocols.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years as a Site Supervisor/Manager, ideally with luxury or custom residential builds.
- Leadership: Strong people management and team coordination skills to keep projects on track.
- Problem Solver: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential defects or issues before they arise.
- Attention to Detail: Strong eye for quality and ability to ensure the highest standards at all times.
- Passion for Luxury Homes: A genuine interest in delivering high-end residential projects with an unwavering commitment to quality.
