ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for energetic, hardworking Trades Assistant Labourers to support a second internal water main crew across various Gold Coast locations. You’ll join a young, motivated team working on major civil infrastructure projects in a safe, supportive environment.
KEY DETAILS:

• Employer: OSOS Alliance – Civil Infrastructure Specialists
• Location: Gold Coast region (multiple sites)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 4:30pm + Overtime
• Pay Rate: $30–$35/hr (based on experience)
• Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident (mandatory)

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

• Civil labouring on water and wastewater infrastructure
• Asset inspections (maintenance holes, valves, hydrants)
• Reactive maintenance (burst mains, sewer repairs, leaking services)
• Supporting pipe installation and infrastructure maintenance crews
• Adhering to strict site safety protocols
• Working respectfully within a high-performing team

WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:

• Proof of Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Positive attitude and keen work ethic
• White Card (Construction Induction Card)

HIGHLY REGARDED:

• Water industry worker, pipelaying, or civil labouring experience
• Experience working on civil infrastructure projects
• Civil labouring or water industry experience (preferred)
• Ability to pass a medical (required when transferring to permanent employment)
