About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a highly motivated Workshop Coordinator to oversee, manage, and lead all the asset maintenance and repair teams. This role is offered as residential in Port Hedland or FIFO ex Perth. This permanent role is offered on a 2 weeks on 1 week off roster, however other roster options can be available upon request. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensuring the consistent application of maintenance standards
  • Building relationships with operation teams
  • Promoting a continuous improvement culture
  • Leading and mentoring diverse teams in a fast-paced environment
To be successful for this role, you must possess the following:
  • Relevant trade or engineering qualifications (Heavy Diesel is desired)
  • Current HR Australia Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience in leadership role in the mining services industry
  • Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
