About the opportunity:
Position: Medical Imaging Assistant - Advanced
Vacancy: Permanent full-time
Location: Townsville University Hospital
The Medical Imaging Assistant - Advanced will contribute to patient care by delivering clinical support tasks at an advanced level, as delegated by a medical radiation practitioner, facilitating flows within the medical imaging service, Townsville University Hospital.

- Salary range: $2916.00 to $3118.00 p.f. (CA4)
- Annual leave with 17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation

Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications ( Certificate IV Allied Health Assistant or equivalent ).
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
