About the Role

Are you an organised and proactive professional with a passion for supporting essential services? Join our dedicated Administrative Services Team as an Administration Officer and play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across a variety of service areas including filling ticket machines, general car park maintenance. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Car Park Office Administration Coordinator, providing efficient and accurate administrative support that helps keep our systems and processes running effectively.

This diverse and rewarding position offers the opportunity to contribute across several important areas including car parking, fleet vehicle coordination, expiation notice management, lost property insurance, and transport services. You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment, where your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will make a real difference to the services CALHN delivers to staff and the community.

About You

You’re a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:

  • Strong ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and maintain accuracy in a high-volume workload.

  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-focused approach when liaising with staff and the public.

  • Proven experience in a range of administrative tasks, including data entry and working with Microsoft Office programs.

  • A commitment to confidentiality, problem-solving, and adherence to workplace policies, including safety and equal opportunity.
