This is a Recruitment Pool for Fixed Term Full Time and Part Time positions with appointments for up to 12 months currently available and the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.

Position Profile : If you are passionate about supporting individuals to exit hospital and return to community living, this is the opportunity for you. We have a range of Level 4 roles to fill within the Intergovernmental Relations and Community Programs (IGRCP) Directorate, undertaking varied project support activities at the interface of health, disability and aged care. You will have the opportunity to support reform projects, develop new skills and achieve your career goals.
Project Support Officers undertake a range of research, analysis, reporting, implementation and administrative activities to support the development and delivery of projects, in line with established project plans and objectives.
Our preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in supporting project teams, contracts and/or executive teams. Knowledge and/or experience of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, aged care systems and health service delivery is desirable.

Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Referees may also be asked to comment on an applicant’s integrity and past demonstration of ethical behaviour.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur. Appointments may be made from this pool until 16/06/2026 .
Whilst this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, it may also be used to fill other "similar" vacancies throughout the health service. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised vacancy, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Both of these options remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from when the authorised delegate endorses the recruitment decision.
