Description:
- Develop and implement category strategies for property and facilities management.
- Manage supplier relationships and performance to ensure delivery in line with business expectations.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for increased cost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to manage supplier risk and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Lead contract negotiations to deliver value for money and mitigate risk.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide expert advice to the business on procurement best practice.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes and systems.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in property category management within a complex, regulated organisation
- Strong strategic sourcing, negotiation, and contract management skills
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across functions
- MCIPS qualification or equivalent experience preferred
