The Role:
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to become proficient in all aspects of mortgage broking and must have a strong desire to assist their clients to fulfill their property dreams, through their evolving industry and product knowledge.
Your core duties & r esponsibilities will include:

  • Assisting of preparation and planning with clients to ascertain their financial situation and what requirements they have.
  • Working well and proficiently with other team members, as well as sharing information to ensure the customer experience is exceptional.
  • Gaining a strong product knowledge and research the industry regularly, to ensure advice provided is current and relevant.
  • Assisting with preparation and presentation of loan proposals and recommendations of lenders to clients, to ensure they have been fully explained details to understand the range of products on offer.
  • Keep all clients updated with your remarkable communication skills, to ensure they understand pauses and any delays should they occur.
  • Updating loan proposals due to any change of circumstances (if required)
  • Undergoing required CPD training throughout the year.
  • Effective management of the CRM
  • Wiling to undego formal training (Cert IV in mortgage broking)


What you will need to succeed:
You have a thirst for industry knowledge and possess a drive to succeed through your can-do and client focussed attitude. You have a drive to perform and therefore to succeed.
About You:
You have proven written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships. You are self disciplined with remarkable organisational skills in order to meet targets, by being effective and efficient with your time.
