With a strong client base, national reach, and an ambitious growth strategy, we’re looking for a Business Development Manager to drive new business and expand our footprint across key industry sectors.
About the Role:
You’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing long-term client partnerships, and working closely with our recruitment team to provide end-to-end recruitment solutions across both white- and blue-collar roles.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and convert new clients across our six core sectors
- Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Tailor and present workforce solutions that align with client needs
- Negotiate commercial terms and service agreements
- Monitor market trends and track pipeline opportunities
- Attend industry events, site visits, and networking functions
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment
- Understanding of workforce demands in our core sectors
- Strong interpersonal and commercial negotiation skills
- Driven, self-motivated, and target-focused
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
