Description:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth of Capital Equipment in the assigned territory of NSW, VIC and QLD.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in key customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers in the environmental and waste water space.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Understand specific market conditions and offer solutions based on this knowledge.
Requirements:
A successful Capital Equipment Sales professional should have:
- Proven work experience as a Sales professional in the environmental/wastewater/water treatment space.
- Solid understanding of sales strategies and industry regulations.
- Strong negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory on a monthly basis
Conditions:
- An attractive and competitive salary of approximately $140,000 base + a vehicle allowance, Super, and 20% STI
