Paid Media Specialist - Agency
- Opportunity to work for a global brand
- 1+ years experience in Paid Search & Paid Social (both are necessary)
- Agency experience is necessary
- Offices based in Cremorne - Hybrid working - Open to conversations about additional flexibility for the right candidate
- Rights to work within Australia - oversees applicants unfortunately cannot be considered - Open to conversations in regards to VISA sponsorship for a candidate who ticks all of the boxes and has a current VISA with unrestricted working rights for the time being

WHAT YOU WILL NEED...
- 1+ years experience in Paid Search & Paid Social (both are necessary)
- Agency experience is necessary
- A strong understanding/experience or a desire to work within with emerging technologies e.g. TikTok Shop, Gamification, Telegram, CGI, Twitch, Roblox, Web3 etc
- We require you to have had exposure across multiple varying industries - we do not want an industry specialist for this role!
- Experience in Budget Management within an agency
- A strong understanding across Paid Media relevant tools, e.g. Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager etc
- Strong reporting and analytics skills
- A proven track record of developing innovating and effective strategies across a variety of industries
- A portfolio showcasing your wins and involvement in large scale campaigns
IT'S NICE TO HAVE...
- Experience running your own eCommerce store
- International paid media experience
- Experience contracting for high calibre companies internationally
- An interest or qualifications in Psychology
