Your role
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ cognitive and psychological functioning.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, employers, and stakeholders to develop individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide evidence-based interventions like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy and stress management strategies.
- Offer counseling and education on PTSD, workplace stress management, and supportive work environments.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust intervention strategies to facilitate successful return-to-work outcomes.
- Deliver adjustment-to-injury counseling and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans.
About you
Qualifications
- Hold or be eligible for provisional registration with AHPRA.
- Be passionate about Occupational Rehabilitation.

- Have a valid driver’s license.
