More about the role:
- Learn about the company products and provide basic product support to customers.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails/livechat queries.
- Provide excellent customer service ensuring positive interactions for all customers.
- Escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
- Take part in training courses when required.
Who we are looking for:
- A Great Communicator - Someone with strong communication skills both over the phone and via email/livechat.
- A Team Player - Someone who the team can rely on and will get along well with those they are working with.
- Strong Customer Service skills and a Commitment to Excellence - A background in retail, hospitality, call centre or reception type roles is not necessary but will have you well equipped for a role like this.
- Technology Proficience - Basic efficiency in computer systems will be required to be succesful in this role.
- Excellent Attendance and Time Keeping - A perfect track record of attendance and punctuality.
- Experience in a call centre environment highly regarded but not required.
- Experience in technology resellers such as JB HiFi, the Good Guys or Harvey Norman is highly regarded but not necessary.
