About the Role:
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and passionate about effective ICT asset management? We’re seeking an experienced ICT Assets Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month term contract, supporting the delivery of reliable and efficient ICT services across the Department.
The ICT Assets Coordinator is responsible for, coordinating and delivering the effective management of ICT hardware assets across all Department Sites and Services to meet ICT service delivery objectives.
The position maintains the integrity, accuracy and effective management of the Departmental asset records and information and delivers high quality auditing and control process management which supports and contributes to the effective financial and physical management of ICT hardware assets and services and achieves Department objectives and reporting requirements.

Special Conditions:
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration:
ASO4 $76,561 - $80,256 per annum (1.0 FTE), plus superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
