What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the By-Election Lead, this role will be responsible for managing and contributing to programs within the Event Strategy and Delivery Branch, including:
- supporting or leading projects relating to Local Government by-elections and wider VEC activities where required
- development of election processes and preparation of procedures and forms
- maintenance of election systems and databases
- coordinating staff across election projects and ensuring effective project delivery
- contributing to debrief and post-election closure activities.

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and oversee (casual) staff
