Description:
The Culture and Workforce Officer provides a full range of human resource and organisational development activities to deliver on the important priorities and goals of the Workforce and Culture (W&C) team within Solar Victoria's Office of the CEO Division.
This role also has key responsibilities in the development and delivery of internal events and communications publications that contribute to a positive and engaging culture across Solar Victoria.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Experience working in a multi-faceted human resource/organisational development environment, providing generalist HR advice to leaders and staff with knowledge and respect for the confidentiality and sensitivity
- Demonstrated experience and capability in working with Hiring Managers, and undertaking the full lifecycle of recruitment activities
Desirable:
- Experience in internal staff communications, events or engagement
- A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
This is a fixed term position available from 7 July to 19 December 2025. The successful candidate can select a base of either our Melbourne or Morwell office, hybrid work arrangements are also available.
