About the Role:

Are you passionate about optimizing workforce efficiency while delivering exceptional service? Do you thrive in a dynamic, people-focused environment? Benson Radiology is seeking a Workforce Deployment Planner to join our People and Culture team, where you'll play a key role in forecasting and scheduling rosters for a variety of critical roles, from Partners and Radiologists to technical and clerical staff.

What You'll Do:

  • Forecast and schedule rosters across multiple operational areas, ensuring optimal workforce deployment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including the Workforce Deployment Team, Operations, and Senior Leadership, as well as external vendors like Q-Genda and Optima.
  • Ensure seamless service delivery to our Partners, staff, and colleagues while enhancing operational efficiency.
  • Strengthen workforce planning initiatives and contribute to continuous process improvement.
  • Uphold Benson Radiology’s values of Patient Focus , Teamwork , Integrity , and Personal Excellence in everything you do.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and roster management within a complex environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong, positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive problem-solver with sound judgement and discretion.
  • A strong commitment to people’s wellbeing, coupled with a genuine customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Impeccable organizational skills, able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanour.
