The Role

As the Venue Manager, you will oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day management and maintaining high standards of service. Your leadership and ability to work independently will be key to the venue's ongoing success. The role requires flexibility for day and night shifts, including weekends.

Skills & Attributes
  • Proven experience in venue management or a similar leadership role

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets

  • Excellent team management and interpersonal skills

  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
