Support operations at Daimler Truck Financial Services, focusing on customer service, settlements, and remarketing.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
- Assist Customer Support with calls and administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate settlements and compliance with finance documentation.
- Authorize and activate contracts per procedures and policies.
- Follow up on documentation to minimize delays.
- Support Collections with overflow calls and administrative duties.
- Contribute to the Hardship process by compiling customer information.
- Support Remarketing activities, including asset coordination and GBB returns.
