Job Description Summary 12 month contract - Great opportunity for an experienced agency recruiter or in-house TA to work across a diverse portfolio with consistent exposure to senior management in an ASX-listed company.

About the Role

We have an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant to support us due to internal movement. As a skilled recruiter, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outcomes for both hiring managers and candidates while managing a diverse portfolio comprising of both white-collar and blue-collar roles. This role is based at our modern Head Office, across from Southern Cross Station, featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces and natural light.

About the role

You will partner with hiring managers across various teams and locations to offer recommendations on sourcing strategies and oversee the entire recruitment process, assisted by one team member. Due to the diverse portfolio of roles, you will be able to both proactively source candidates for corporate positions and manage multiple blue-collar positions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Undertaking detailed recruitment briefs with hiring managers to understand role requirements and advise on a recruitment campaign.

Utilising candidate sourcing methods such as proactive search, redeployment, pipelines, internal and external job board advertising.

Conducting application screening process and shortlisting of suitable candidates.

Coordinating and scheduling interviews.

Conducting appropriate background and pre-employment checks including right to work checks, police checks, and medicals.

Facilitating the formal offer, issuing of contracts, and initiating onboarding activities.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including recruitment agency partners.

Supporting ongoing development of the talent acquisition strategy and brand awareness of Service Stream.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be an exceptional communicator who thrives in working in a fast-paced environment.

You will also have:

Demonstrated experience with end-to-end recruitment within a high-volume workforce, and a corporate workforce.

Demonstrated experience in developing and managing strong stakeholder relationships with the ability to deliver an excellent and consistent hiring manager/candidate experience.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment, where you are able to pivot and prioritise tasks.

Proven communication and engagement skills with stakeholders of varying level up to and including senior management.

Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates with SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter (and other similar tools) is essential.

Ability to coach and mentor junior team member/s in their ongoing development.
