Description:
We are looking for passionate individuals to lead the delivery of our competitions. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer the Competition Coordinators will oversee all facets of the competitions - from grading and venue bookings to adjudicator management, scheduling, stakeholder engagement and competition administration. You will be a key connector, ensuring every detail is covered so performers, clubs and volunteers can focus on what they love:performing at their best on stage.
Key Responsiblities
- Managing grading processes, entries, scheduling, rules compliance and overall competition operations
- Secure venue bookings, coordinate adjudicators and liaise with theatre staff and competition convenors
- Communicate clearly and proactively with clubs, adjudicators, staff and volunteers
- Recruit and support volunteers and event personnel throughout the season
Essential Requirements
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children / Working with Vulnerable People Check
- Drivers Licence
- Access to a car for travel as required
Desirable Criteria
- Sports Management / Business Degree
- Sports Marketing / PR / Communications Degree
- Physical Education Degree
