About The Role

Our Advisory Tech team is expanding and we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our community of solvers. The Advisory Tech team helps our diversified Advisory business and our clients enhance customer experience, create operational efficiencies, and design new business models with technology at the centre. We translate this understanding into practical digital and technology strategies. No formal BA experience is required—curiosity, initiative and a passion for technology are.

You’ll help solve complex problems and deliver practical solutions by bringing:

  • Aptitude for scoping and supporting delivery of enterprise automation solutions, backed by foundational skills in data analytics, visualisation, and agile software development operations and lifecycle.
  • Excellence in written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for technology and a strong client focus.
  • Interest in, or ideally experience as, a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and manipulation technologies including Power BI, and SQL. Other tools are a plus!
  • Demonstrated project coordination skills, supporting project management activities, maintaining key artefacts, with an eagerness to learn how to handle multiple workstreams.
  • Understanding of basic system architecture and infrastructure is an advantage but not essential.


In our Advisory Tech team, your impact will be seen by:

  • Assisting in collaboration efforts with external clients and key internal stakeholders to explore, scope, and deliver automation solutions.
  • Supporting project timelines and agile sprints across multiple workstreams by curating and refining user stories, sprints and test plans
  • Maintaining up to date artefacts such as requirements, process maps, test artefacts, stakeholders register.
  • Coordinating and participating in functional & user acceptance testing, to track any issues and drive remediation as needed.
  • Assisting in training stakeholders and clients to effectively adopt new solutions.
  • Contributing to providing business insights to clients using data analytics and visualisation tools to communicate performance, usage and ROI.
  • Supporting product development roadmaps and coordinating with our leading process automation, web development, and AI teams to deliver new product features and enhancements.
